Are you exhausted? Here’s a 30 minute yoga class for you

Gentle, mindful movement, yin postures and breath work.

You’ll notice this email looks a little different to usual. This is because I have moved my newsletter to a new platform called Substack.

Have you heard of it? It is really designed for writers but I’ve decided to use it for a couple of reasons. Firstly I find it’s a little more calm visually. Also, I can keep all my letters together so you can read back on past letters in the same place rather than having to traipse back through your inbox (you can even download their app so it’s so easy to read).

However what appealed most is that it’s very easy for me to send you a video or an audio. It’s stored right there in the platform, rather than having to link out to youtube or Vimeo, for example. So, you can look forward to the occasional short yoga session, practice tips, yoga Nidra and breathwork audios and whatever else I get inspired to send! ; )

For now, to start us off I am sharing a 30 minute class from my online member area.

This class is gentle, designed to move tension that has been stored in the body. So if you’re feeling exhausted physically and/or emotionally I hope this helps.
