My winter reset is coming up soon and I’m really looking forward to sharing it with you. I’m still finalising details, but so far here’s what I can share;
The reset will start Monday 30th May with access until 31st August
For 8 weeks you will receive a new module each week, then all winter to practice
Cost is $170 and free for my lovely Weekly Practice members.
Practices include daily yoga to keep you warm and grounded (10 minutes or so each day)
Breathwork
Self massage / abyangha (Ayurveda self massage with warm oil)
Winter recipes
A conversation with Naturopath Alice Flannery about diet and supplements for winter/immunity
Practices such as tongue scraping (to remove toxins) and neti (to wash the nasal passages.
Restorative yoga and guided yoga Nidra to allow for deep rest.
Bookings will open soon on the 15th May.
I want our approach to yoga to be a ‘practice’ rather than a ‘class’ so ideally we will take short movement sessions daily, as well as a weekly longer class. The other content will be practices that you can fit in with your regular day.
I also don’t want to overwhelm you with a crowded library of yoga classes, so there will be a limited amount of sessions that you can take repeatedly.
