Hi there,
I’m in Yamba this week leading up to my spring yoga weekend. The weather is divine so far, I’m hoping it stays this way for the weekend. I’m cooking and prepping food and enjoying the anticipation of another yoga weekend.
Next year, I am considering a longer yoga retreat - something along the lines of 5 - 7 days with yoga, some meals, massages, walks, swims, a couple of light hearted workshops on various yoga topics! Still relaxed but we can go a little deeper with more time. It’s likely to be accomodation included at a cute beachside motel here in Yamba. Let me know if this is something you’d be interested in! Following on from last week, I wanted to share this quick video from The Foot Collective, in this clip James shares the human toe spreader and it feels so good! I highly recommend you try it.
